    Nice to meet you.

    My name is Miyaki.

My name is Miyagi and I wanted to let people abroad know about the misuse of justice in Japan.
Japan is a signatory to the Hague Convention. However, even if one parent abducts a child, for example, they will not be punished.
Japan has a “family court” and the judges defend the abducting parent.
As a result, the situation in Japan is so dire that the human rights of the child and the LBP are not protected and there are suicides.
Filing a complaint in Japan does not improve the situation because the social climate is silent on the abduction.
Recently, an EU Parliament resolution condemned Japan’s administration of justice in this matter.

    Please spread this truth.
    Yoroshiku onegai shimasu.

I am a GPA 3.5+ graduating student at Harper College majoring in Early Childhood Education. For my classroom of nowadays, I have to include the imperfect, the LGBTQ, the gender non- differentiated. So, when I took Harper’s Honors class Philosophy of Gender, I encountered the Butlerian “script “ of Japan, which excludes single mothers as well as those who remarry. No matter who they were married to before, legally or not.
